Refund Policy

Effective Date: 1st April 2025

At Skill Power – Educational & Services, we are committed to delivering high-quality skill development programs, services, and franchise opportunities. Please read our refund policy carefully before making any payments.

  1. Training Program Fees
  • Registration Fees: All registration fees are non-refundable, as they cover administrative costs, onboarding, and access to study materials or portals.
  • Course Fees:
    • Refunds are not applicable once the course has started or access to digital/physical training materials has been provided.
    • If a candidate wishes to cancel enrollment before the batch starts, a refund request must be submitted in writing. In such cases, only 50% of the total course fee (excluding registration fee and GST) may be refunded at the management’s discretion.
    • No refunds will be granted for dropouts or absentees after the commencement of training.
  1. Franchise Fees
  • Franchise fees paid toward Skill Power franchise partnership are non-refundable, as they cover brand license rights, training, business support, and operational onboarding.
  • Refunds are not applicable after signing the franchise agreement or once onboarding begins.
  1. Online Services (Website/Digital Solutions)
  • For IT services like website designing, digital marketing, or software services:
    • Once the project scope is approved and work has commenced, no full refunds will be entertained.
    • Partial refunds may be considered only if the project is canceled within 3 business days of payment, and no substantial work has been delivered.
    • Refunds are not applicable for completed or delivered services.
  1. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund (where applicable), please send an email to info@skillpower.co.in with:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Email ID
  • Mobile Number
  • Payment receipt or transaction ID
  • Reason for the refund request

Each request will be reviewed individually, and decisions will be communicated within 7 working days.

  1. Payment Gateway Charges

In case of any approved refund, transaction or payment gateway charges (if applicable) will be deducted from the refund amount.
